"The other day, Md Ferhan, STL who is currently in KL office, did a test call to SIN as an example to ard 25 new trainees. It happens tha u answer the call. He commented that u were excellent and as a newbie, u have optimal product knowledge and gd customer svc skill."

Part of the sms that i received from Luqman in response to my sms. Nevermind that wat he sms has nothing to do with what i sms-ed him. Anyway, bangganyerrr aku.. heh!! Sapa tak bangga oi kena puji ngan STL... :) good customer service.. hmm.. maybe NTUC has taught me well.. *ptui* or maybe cs is juz my passion. :) maybe.. juz maybe. Or maybe it's juz lucky that he called during low peak.. during a time when i really really hope to receive a call coz it juz sux sitting down not doing anything at work.

Anyway, get well soon, Luqman!! (as if he reads this.. nyeh!!)

SCV decided to play the first prank of the day on me. Exactly 1 am in the morning.. my server went down, making me think that oops! my net got cut off... dang!! But of course, the very fact that i have yet to pay my bills contributed to that paranoia. Heh! But anyways, the server got up at 3 so phew~~ Ok SCV.. u fooled me. Thank you, eh? hehehehe.. Happy April's Fool, everyone!!
